One to One Programme

Transpire’s One to One Programme is for senior executives seeking to take control of their career.

The Programme helps individuals articulate their career and life goals and identify their core/transferable skills and the key people in their network.

The key outputs are a powerful “portfolio” CV and an enhanced, more targeted network, key ingredients for a successful approach to the market for a job for which the individual has written the job description!

Some questions to which answers evolve during the one to one sessions include: -

  • Should I set up a limited company and if so at what point?
  • What merit is there in anything more than a basic LinkedIn membership?
  • Where should “giving back” feature in a portfolio career?
  • How does one strike the right balance between income and time?
  • How is it possible to positively enjoy networking?

Ongoing support is offered to members of the Transpire network in the form of tactical introductions, discounts on NED training & networking events/membership of other NED networks and job boards as well as access to an always available “sounding board” for managing and developing your portfolio career – a non-exec for non-execs!
